In the process of weaponry testing on the ground, it is necessary to test itsperformance about the key components and varities of parameters includingposture,vibration,shock,overload,temperature,pressure and others.In order to solve theproblems bring by traditional test systerm when multiple devices need work together.Nowdesign a portable, integrated test system which integrates multiple functions,completedvarious types of weapons test on the ground.Based on the specific indicators of test systems about a shooting range,andexperience gained in the past years that designed the range s test systerms.Designed ainstrument that could collect a variety of sensor output signal which named DataAcquisition Analyzer. The analyzer includes a total of32data acquisition channels, eachchannel not only could be used to cllect voltage, full-bridge, half bridge, quarter bridge,thermocouple, IEPE sensor signals,but also could be as a store instrument. During theexperiment remote control the Data Acquisition Analyzer through wirelesstransmission;after the end of the trial upload data to computer by Gigabit Ethernet; Finally,analyzing the collected data by dynamics analysis software, completed a study onMISSILES performance.Firstly, this paper describes the overall design ideas of Data Acquisition Analyzerdifficulties need to be solved.secondly, described modules on the data acquisition board thatinclude power supply module, excitation source module, reference power supply module,sensor signal input module, signal conditioning modules, data acquisition modules,high-speed serial data transmission module, signal storage module in detail; and FLASHmemory module, Gigabit Ethernet data transmission module and RS485statusconfiguration module on the main board; And including the detailed design, schematics and results of debug. And described the design of logic for the software of next crew in detail.Including switching between different sensor signals, multi-channel data acquisition timing,high-speed LVDS serial data transmission, asynchronous parallel data storage etc. Finally,described the factory test and a brief introduction to practical application. Data AcquisitionAnalyzer designed by this article had a small size, light weight, impact resistance, overload,moisture proof, easy to disassemble etc. according to the data obtained by analyzing theactual collection, the instrument not only stability but also high precision, meet the designrequirements,and some technical Specifications better than design specifications.
