In the digital communication system,the data acquisition and transmission system plays an important role in the fields of scientific research and communication industry.The data acquisition and transmission system transmits the collected data and restores the original signal to the terminal display,which is the bridge between data and external communication and the basic condition of the whole system.The design difficulty is to accurately collect,store and transmit data.Accurate and comprehensive information acquisition is of great significance to the whole data acquisition and transmission system.According to the requirements of acquisition and transmission system,this paper analyzes the typical data acquisition and transmission problems.Throughout the industrial 3.0era,there are many problems in the acquisition and transmission system,such as unstable transmission,poor real-time performance,high packet loss rate,unable to remotely upgrade hardware and high cost.Based on the above problems,this paper proposes a scheme of STM32 data acquisition and transmission based on Ethernet.The hardware part of the scheme uses STM32 series single chip microcomputer as the processor core,realizes the data acquisition through the external DAC9220 acquisition module,and transmits the collected data through Ethernet.At the same time,in order to improve the transmission distance of Ethernet,the system connects the external switch to realize the data transfer and relay in the transmission process,and finally uses DAC902 chip to realize the distortion free output of the original waveform in the transmission terminal.The software part adopts keil uvision5 integrated development environment as the software platform,and uses C language programming to realize the design of the whole system.It mainly realizes SPI timing reception and transmission,ADC acquisition and DAC demodulation related function call and debugging,Lw IP protocol stack transplantation and how to realize dam controller in software.At the same time,in order to facilitate later data analysis and processing,1K,5K and other collected data are sent to the upper computer developed by Lab VIEW through Ethernet to realize real-time upload and display of collected data.To sum up,this paper expounds and tests the system from the development status of Ethernet and signal acquisition and transmission,the overall system architecture,the selection of key chips,relevant hardware circuit design and system software design.Experiments show that the system has stable transmission,low packet loss rate and can be transmitted to the host computer and oscilloscope in real time.At the same time,it also has the characteristics of programmability,easy upgrade and scalability.
