With the advent of the era of the industrial Internet(using information technology to promote industrial change),China has proposed the strategy of "Made in China 2025",and all walks of life are embarking on information reform.Moreover,the competitive pressure,reform risk,and technological innovation faced by manufacturing companies are particularly urgent.Hence,it is particularly essential to use the Internet to achieve cost control,management upgrades,and business enhancement.I have been an internship in a well-known electrical company in Wuhan,which is a typical discrete manufacturing company.I was responsible for connecting with the core business of the production planning department at the company's information center.In this period,fully combined with the characteristics of the discrete manufacturing industry,a new material demand planning management system was designed by using the advanced OFBIZ framework and conceptual model ideas.The problem of low efficiency,small expandable space and high maintenance cost of the original system is effectively solved.Firstly,the thesis expounds the research background and significance of the material demand planning management system in Internet technology management production,analyzes the shortcomings of the original system under the old framework mode,and introduces the development of ERP and domain design models at home and abroad.Then,through the interpretation of the OFBIZ framework and domain model theory,the paper analyzes the practical feasibility of the new method in detail.Thirdly,according to the business logic of the production mode,the overall design of the material demand planning management system is analyzed,including the core main production planning module and the demand calculator module.By using the conceptual model idea to establish the concept of entity and object,the business logic is divided into systems,the database is redesigned,and the material demand planning system is created and implemented with the intuitive and convenient cross-platform B/S structure.Finally,the relevant technical implementation of the entire system is explained in detail,and the core business is tested and fully analyzed,Summarize future work plans.
