With China’s rapid economic development, the problem of power shortage andpower efficiency is imminent, in order to effectively solve the problem, we introduceadvanced management technology—DSM (the Demand Side ManagementDSM)through a series of state-of-the-art technology, the cost of the electricity industryto minimize and maximize the benefits, mainly to improve end-use efficiency and thecorresponding improvement in its electricity, reduce wastage of resources, so that userscan more-scientific and rational use of electricity, reduce its dependence powered. DSMtechnology as a new technology for a modern, demand-side management is amanagement activities have a significant role to reduce the electricity consumption andelectricity demand management, the way it works is to take the incentives and inducemeasures as well as appropriate running way, the ultimate goal of improve end-useefficiency and to make reasonable changes to the electricity of the user, therebyreducing energy consumption and reduce environmental pollution. In this paper, on the basis of access to large amounts of literature, in domestic andforeign demand-side management technology application status, summed up the DSMexperience at home and abroad, and are introduced to the existing part of the results, combined with the Chengdu region power structure, the status quo of the city’selectricity, and the electricity industry, the last of demand side management systemmodular design, in order to effectively solve data storage and processing problems, dualdatabase design, Chengdu future electricity load real-time prediction using gray theorymodel, the grid, and implementation of demand-side management program。...
