The Planning Of Information System In Cold Storage Rental Third-party Logistics

With the improvement of people's living standards,the cold chain logistics industry has developed rapidly in recent years as a food safety and quality assurance industry.The degree of informationization of domestic cold chain logistics has not been able to meet the development of enterprises.Therefore,it has become a big trend to promote the transformation of the cold chain industry by using IT realizing information sharing and resource integration This paper introduces cloud service into the information management of cold chain logistics enterprises.Taking a specific third-party cold chain logistics enterprise as an example,the paper made a deep research on the upstream and downstream business of cold chain logistics,and established a third-party cold chain Logistics information system.First,through the investigation of the third party cold chain logistics enterprises,the paper analyzes the business process of the enterprise;to the participants in the cold chain supply chain information needs survey.Secondly,according to the demand analysis,the construction goal of the third party cold chain logistics information system is determined,and the overall solution is worked out,including the technical architecture,functional division of the information system,information collection scheme,data flow analysis,database and physical structure.Then each subsystem of the system: enterprise portal,order relationship system,warehouse management system,logistics distribution system,vehicle access management system,customer relationship management system and data display system function modules and processes were designed in detail.Finally,the implementation steps of the application of the third party cold chain information system are proposed.The system provides new ideas for realizing information sharing,resource integration,whole-process tracking and visualization of cold chain logistics supply chain,and has certain exploration significance.
