Simulation Research On Inventory Control Of Cold Chain Logistics Of Hainan Fresh Agricultural Products

Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiatives,pilot free trade zone,the organic combination of Hainan fresh agricultural products market and cold chain logistics industry is facing opportunities and challenges.In order to obtain a better whole-chain cold chain guarantee for the efficient circulation of fresh agricultural products in Hainan,this paper explores the important role of third-party cold chain logistics in supply chain inventory management under the environment of Hainan fresh agricultural product distribution supply chain,expanding under the existing model,taking the third?party cold chain logistics enterprise as the core,comprehensively applying the supply chain theory and inventory management theory,and using the system dynamics method to build a Third-party cold chain logistics Management Inventory model(TMI),and Contrast with the traditional Vendor Managed Inventory Model(VMI).Consider the quality and quantity loss of fresh agricultural products in the process of circulation,introduce the preservation input,random influence factors and inventory duration to characterize the quality and quantity loss.It reflects the causal relationship that the effect of freshness on product quality,which affects the demand of retailers,and the effect of freshness on quantity loss,which affects the inventory of system.And take the overall inventory level of the system as the objective function,the relevant data of a third-part>;cold chain logistics enterprise in Hainan is used as an example to simulate.Through the simulation results:first,the behavior of TMI and VMI control inventory level is analyzed,and the advantages of TMI in control system inventory compared with VMI are summarized.Secondly,according to the results of different simulation schemes,it is concluded that in the process of cold chain logistics operation,it is beneficial to control the inventory by controlling the delay time and choosing the reasonable inventory adjustment and duration time;by increasing investment and improving the impact of other resources and the environment to improve the level of preservation,it also helps to reduce the cost of system inventory and improve the efficiency of the supply chain.Some suggestions on the development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in macrocosm and microcosm are given.At the macro level,we should speed up the development of the third-party cold-chain logistics enterprises;cultivate the professional cold-chain logistics personnel;strengthen the government's policy support;promote the industry to improve the norms.At the micro level,we should control the delay time;make inventory cycle scientifically and rationally;strengthen information sharing and coordination of supply chain;develop advanced cold chain logistics fresh-keeping methods.
