Research On The Service Innovation Of University Library Under The Background Of "Double-First Class" Plan

The introduction of the overall plan of “ first-class universities and first-class universities ” has aroused widespread concern in universities and education departments.First-class disciplines are the foundation for the construction of first-class universities,strengthening the construction of first-class disciplines,and promoting more first-class disciplines and high-level universities to enter the world.Among the ranks,achieving a strong country in higher education is an important task at this stage.As an academic institution that provides resources and services to colleges and universities,it is an inevitable trend for university libraries to provide a full range of services for first-class disciplines.Through the research on the service innovation of university libraries,this paper hopes to provide targeted service innovation countermeasures and provide support for first-class discipline construction and service innovation development.This article takes the first-class universities and first-class construction disciplines listed in the "Double-First Class" plan list jointly issued by the education department as the main subject of the survey.The first-class scientific research personnel of Wuhan University represent the survey objects,and the scientific research personnel from the university library resources services,discipline construction,etc.Investigate and analyze the demand situation,and then understand the status quo of the service provided by the university library through the network survey method and the literature survey method,and have a clear understanding of the status quo of university library service innovation,and find out the gaps Targeted strategy.The service innovation of "double first-class" university libraries was studied from the following seven aspects:The first part the introduction includes the background,significance,research status,research contents,research methods and innovation points,and expounds the background of service innovation of university library under the construction of "Double-First Class" plan.The second part: The background and objectives of the "Double-First Class" plan and the necessity of university library service innovation are elaborated,which lays a solid foundation for the follow-up questionnaire survey and network investigation.The third part: Through the questionnaire survey method,the first-class scientific research workers of Wuhan University were taken as representatives to investigate the service demand of the "Double-First Class" plan of colleges and universities andfirst-class disciplines to the university libraries,and analyze the needs of scientific research workers.The fourth part: Through the analysis of the conclusions of the questionnaire and the analysis of the network survey method and the questionnaire survey system,the current situation of the university library service under the "Double-First Class" plan and the gaps in the needs of scientific research workers in resource construction and discipline construction.The fifth part: through the Internet investigation method and literature survey method investigation at home and abroad,such as first-class university library good example.The sixth part: summing up the experience of the current university library development countermeasures are put forward.The seventh part: Summarizing and forecasting,combined with the investigation and research of the first six chapters,this paper summarizes the service innovation of university libraries under the "Double-First Class" plan in China,summarizes the shortcomings,and puts forward the prospect.
