With the improvement of software configuration and hardware configuration, the number of users has shown a clear and rapid upward trend, which has promoted the new advancement and new development of power companies.Under this background,to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the operation and maintenance,we must improve the function and quality of the operation and maintenance work, and establish an operation and maintenance management system for power marketing equipment. The power marketing equipment operation and maintenance management system adopts the framework of SSI(struts2+spring+ibatis),and at the same time,it implements functions such as view display and fault location through workflow technology and rules engine technology, and ensures the interaction between the system hierarchy and the hierarchy and the system.Consistency.The system uses the B/S model and uses Java technology,Shell technology,C++ technology, and Oracle database technology to complete system construction. The paper analyzes the requirements of the system and uses UML technology to make a detailed description of all user types, user operations, and use cases of the system. The system is roughly divided into four parts: failure analysis, business management, monitoring management, and workflow management. The four modules can work together to meet the needs of customers. Finally, through the test of the power marketing equipment operation and maintenance management system,it is verified that the system has reached the design goal;at present, the system has been on-line operation, whether it is the operation monitoring, hidden troubles,or fault early warning, fault location, power marketing equipment operation and maintenance management The systems all play an efficient role.
