Therefore, the rules engine technology and the introduction of the new bank with the proposed management system architecture has become an urgent need.This issue will introduce the rule engine technology to bank with management systems. The rules are defined outside the application procedures, and the rule engine receives the financial data. The management of system is finished through the rules and data matching. The application of rule engine technology in the bank with management system on behalf of fat compared to the traditional mode of a lot of advantages to business people not only help programmers without source code changes the case of updating the business rules, and to reduce development staff to handle complex business rules of time, and reduce stress.This paper introduces the background of the system and the principles of the rules engine, and then shows the framework of the system.
