The Research Of Network Sales Management Based On Workflow Technology

With the development of network information technology, the informatization of enterprises is enhanced. Network collabrative sales management system helps enterprises to reorganize the salesmanagement, and make various sales statistics, provide scientific foundation for the development strategy of enterprises, helps the enterprises to realize the programming, enhance the overall level of operation and market adaptability. However, current sales systems solidify the business flow in application system, which case many troubles in system development, implement, use and mai-nte nance. The application of work flow technology separates concreteprocess logic form the business realization, which enable enterprise dynamically establish the enterprise information system according to business flow. Meanwhile it increases the reuse rate of software, takes the greatest efficiency of system.Network-based business flow is analyzed;the requirements and aim and general design of network cooperative sales management system are discussed, based on work flow model and referen -ce architecture put forward by WFMC, sales business flow of sev -eral automobile manufacturer are synthetically compared, part common sales business flow logic is picked up. UML technology is used to model the business flow, the data model of work flow based network sales management system are designed based on themodeling, and the detail design of work flow-based network sales management system is completed. Finally, router scheduling of work flow engine, user-defined tool, management monitoring to ol and application management module are realized, and thus the design is validated.
