Study On The Digital Transformation Of Traditional Publishing Industry In Tianjin City In The Background Of "Internet +"

“Internet +” brings vitality to the traditional industries.It not only creates unlimited possibilities,but also spawns a new industry and stimulates the growth of GDP.In the vital background of “Internet + All”,new publishing models have been deriving from “Internet + Publishing”,such as electronic journals,electronic books,digital newspapers,digital publications,which have entered people's life.In addition,the screen media gradually replaced the paper medium,which changes people's reading habits.It can be said that“Internet + Publishing”has opened a prelude to the digital transformation of traditional publishing industry in China.Based on the theories of new public management,strategic management,and industrial development,and with the help of literature research,deep interview and case analysis,this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the status of the digital transformation of the traditional publishing industry in Tianjin City,and points out three main problems,including:(1)Both the construction of talent team and the cultivation way and strength are weak;(2)Both the technological support and the combination of the new technologies are weak;(3)Government management needs to be strengthened.Through the case analysis of the digital transformation of the publishing industry at home and abroad,summarizing and drawing lessons from the experience,as well as combining the characteristics of Tianjin city and its development,this paper puts forward the strategies for the digital transformation of the traditional publishing industry in Tianjin,including three aspects,i.e.,talent training,integration innovation with science and technology,government management ability.Specifically,it includes the following three aspects:(1)Digital publishing training for the existing editorial team,actively supporting the Tianjin universities and colleges to do a good job in digital publishing,excavating the advantages of college scientific research,introducing high-end digital talents,and innovating the system of talents;(2)Adhere to the scientific and technological support to strengthen the integration and innovation;and(3)Formulate suitable policies for the digital publishing industry in Tianjin,establish and support the digital transformation demonstration,and carry out the municipal digital transformation project cultivation and management.
