With the continuous development of society,Geographic Information System(GIS)has been widely applied to all walks of life.In the management of rural land rights,the application level of GIS has reached a new height.As an important technology of rural land contracting and circulation,GIS is very convenient in obtaining land parcel information,storage,query and update.In order to promote the simple and efficient implementation of rural land rights determination,improve the efficiency of rural land management and the practicability of the system,this paper combines Jinning District.The actual work of the rural land in the Gucheng Village above is carried out,and the design and research on the rural land rights management information system is carried out.The specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)Through the investigation of the work of confirming the rights of agricultural land in Jinning District,it is learned that the management system software is mostly based on the district for data management.Compared with the rural management data,it will be time-sensitive and not targeted.The land-determination system,as a supplement to the county(district)-level rural land rights management system,is aimed at village-level unit users and can better solve the above problems.(2)Based on ArcGIS Engine technology,this paper uses Visual Studio2010 as the development platform,uses Visual C# development language and SQLserver relational database,and uses the spatial database engine ArcSDE technology to design the farmland security management system,which can realize data operation and map.Six basic functions of operation,land management,ownership information management,data export,and user management.(3)The system can be divided into two aspects: graphic data and attribute data.For the attribute data obtained in the field survey and the SHP data,CAD data,raster data and other graphic data obtained by the internal industry using ArcGIS software,etc.The data operation module entry is added and stored and managed in the Geodatabase spatial data model through ArcSDE;the attribute data is mainly managed by the land management module and the ownership information management module,and the land parcel information can be registered and changed through the land.Coding,contractor contract number,relevant information on land parcel information,contractor related information,etc.(4)The system realizes some aspects of innovation.For example,the spatial query function can realize querying after selecting any piece of land,and can query the plot number of the piece of land and the geometric coordinates(X,Y coordinates)of the block in time;In addition,the system was first used in village-level units for the management of small plots and rectangular plots.The test results show that the system can achieve the above basic functions and achieve simple,efficient and practical goals,and provide strong support for rapid registration and post-flow of rural land.
