Agricultural land classification is one of the most important cultivated land quality evaluation method,the unified standard of cultivated land quality classification and grading results in the country,including natural quality,utilization grade and economic level of three.Effect of agricultural land grading considering the nature of light,temperature,moisture and soil of cultivated land,but also the difference of efficiency and economic value of cultivated land resources can objectively reflect the natural conditions,and then through the comprehensive evaluation of the classification index,on the basis of cultivated land quality division.The establishment of efficient and accurate information system for cultivated land quality grading is not only a quick way to understand the quality of cultivated land in the region and changes in a certain period of time,but also an effective means to grasp the productivity change of farmland and the level of agricultural production and input and output.At the same time,produce the classification results can also be for land development and consolidation,the regional balance of arable land,the basic data providing sites linked to other projects of basic farmland protection and urban construction,the rational use of land resources,quality management and food safety has far-reaching significance.This article mainly aims at the shortcomings of the existing agricultural land grading information system,the agricultural land classification theory,object-oriented programming language,Visual Studio and ArcGIS Engine development platform based on component technology,according to user needs,follow the principle of design,making the system objectives,overall framework design,function module design and database design of the system.Based on the analysis of cultivated land quality grade in the course of the process takes on a ratio by constructing a perfect classification model,put forward the rural land contract management rights is indeed the right registration classification database as the data source,the exploitation of cultivated land quality grading calculation function module,based on the research and development of regulation two of the revised new agricultural land classification cultivated land quality evaluation module.Finally,from the perspective of system implementation,we discuss the integration and automation of "spatial information and attribute information acquisition and collection--information processing and analysis--result information output",which can significantly reduce heavy manual labor and reduce man-made data errors.The main results are as follows:(1)The basic geographic database of the quality of cultivated land is designed and established by using GIS technology.According to the requirement of system development,a geographic database including administrative divisions,linear objects,punctuate objects,grading units and other elements is established.(2)Based on the theory of agricultural land classification,from the selection of classified data sources to the scientific evaluation of new cultivated land renovation,a perfect,innovative and optimized classification model of cultivated land quality has been constructed step by step.(3)Completed the design of the overall structure and function modules of the system,the ArcGIS engine based on Engine development,combined with the system architecture and database model,the quality of cultivated land grading information system development module in.NET Framework framework support,the system is divided into user management,map operation,map query,classification,based on the calculation of the quality of cultivated land agricultural land classification two modified land remediation new arable land quality evaluation of five major functional modules.(4)Taking Tongguan County of Shaanxi Province as an example,the system's scientificalness,maneuverability and convenience are verified from the perspective of systematic and empirical research.
