Rural Land Contract Management Rights Building Library Plug-in Development

The right to the contracted management of rural land refers to the right of the rural land contractor to enjoy,use and dispose of the contracted land in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations.Its main purpose is to solve the farmers contracted land,spatial location is unknown,the register information incomplete,must through the field investigation,and public ownership registration confirmation and a series of work.With the rapid development of land resources and agriculture and rural informatization,the paper has been unable to meet the cadastral materials digitization process,land management,build a centralized,graphics and image information into one database is the development of today's society,realize the digital management of essential technical support.The work of this thesis is:starting from the significance of the establishment of the database,analysis the key database,the database technology construction reasonable and perfect;then through comparison of MAPGIS,MAPINFO,ARCGIS three platform,give priority to the use of ARCGIS software used as the establishment of database platform;and the use of JAVA language based on the ARCGIS platform to develop two times,get the plugin the management right of rural land contracting construction.The main function of the plug-in is to achieve the "one step" operation of the construction of the database,the elements of the set,the elements of the class,the rapid implementation of data entry and the rapid output of the project survey form.Finally,in the rural land contracting right project,the application development of rural land contractual management right database basic plug-in establishes the level of rural land contractual management right in accordance with the norms of the state database.Through the practical application,it is proved that the development and application of the plug-in has played a certain role in promoting the construction of auxiliary database.
