"Targeted " is the core of "targeted poverty alleviation".The media is the key to getting through the "last mile" of agricultural informationization.China is a big agricultural country with many rural populations.Rural development,agricultural progress,and the improvement of farmers' living standards have been restricted to varying degrees.This brings many challenges to China's development.The local TV media is an important force to solve these problems.The "Green Inner Mongolia,Delivery From Original China" program is the first integrated media interactive program of Inner Mongolia Radio and Television Station,and it is also the first industrialized innovation program to realize online sales of agricultural products.The mechanism of separation of production and broadcasting makes its team more efficient,novel communication and audience concept expand the scope of the program,the industrialization of platform-type transformation and the accurate understanding and grasp of precision poverty alleviation,making the program social benefits and economic benefits double harvest.Through the innovation of the research object in the background of targeted poverty alleviation,combined with the development of traditional local agricultural TV programs,this paper concludes that the development strategy of local agricultural TV programs in the coming period should be:Enhance agricultural attributes,give play to regional advantages;select topics and forms of diverse programs;grasp changes in the times and audiences;actively assume social responsibilities;recognize that platformization is the direction,but not the inevitable result.
