Research On The Development Of Poverty Alleviation Archives In Dahua County,Guangxi Region

As a typical national poverty alleviation county,Dahua County,Guangxi takes a long time and is difficult to carry out poverty alleviation work.The poverty alleviation archives formed here have certain research value.The poverty alleviation archives in Dahua County,Guangxi can help Dahua County,Guangxi to continuously shake off poverty,prevent the occurrence of poverty return,and assist the economic,cultural,and educational development of Dahua County,Guangxi.Based on the actual collection and development of poverty alleviation archives in Dahua County,Guangxi,this article explores the ways and means of developing poverty alleviation archives in Dahua County,Guangxi.Firstly,the article summarizes the current situation of poverty alleviation archives work in Dahua County,Guangxi,and draws three conclusions: rich collection of poverty alleviation archives in Dahua County,Guangxi,multiple archives values,and fewer achievements in archives development.Secondly,the article analyzes the problems and reasons in the development of poverty alleviation archives in Dahua County,Guangxi from three perspectives: the top-level design,the foundation of development work,and the depth of archives development.Among them,in terms of top-level design,the lack of management methods for the development and utilization of archives,and the insufficient investment in corresponding funds are the main manifestations of the lack of top-level design;In terms of the foundation of development work,the main reasons for the weak foundation of development work are the diverse needs of society for the use of archives,the unclear subject of archives development,and the insufficient diversity of development models;In terms of the depth and breadth of archives development,insufficient exploration of thematic resources,single forms of archives development,and few achievements are the main reasons for the insufficient depth and breadth of development.Finally,the article proposes optimization policies for three aspects of poverty alleviation archives development in Dahua County,Guangxi.Firstly,optimize the archive development environment by improving the archive development management methods and increasing the investment in archive resources;Secondly,the foundation for the development of poverty alleviation archives is built through three ways,namely,accurately positioning the multiple needs of archives users,establishing a multi entity joint development mechanism,and creating a development model of "Internet+poverty alleviation archives";Finally,we will enrich the achievements of poverty alleviation archives development through two ways: building a thematic resource bank and developing archives in multiple forms.
