Research On The Development Path Of Agricultural Programs In Xinjiang Radio And TV Station Under The Background Of Accurate Poverty Alleviation

In 2013,Xi Jinping first proposed the “precise poverty alleviation” strategy during the inspection in Xiangxi.In the following years of development,this idea has been continuously deepened and developed,and has become a national strategy as the basic strategy for poverty alleviation and development in China.In response to the country's precise poverty alleviation thinking,more than ten professional schools in Hunan,Shandong,Guangxi and other countries have produced combination punches for the agricultural media.The professional media has won a series of new columns,new plates and new corners.Fighting poverty and fighting hard to build a solid foundation for public opinion.In order to analyze the development path of Xinjiang radio and television stations on agricultural programs under the background of precise poverty alleviation,the author firstly studied the 18-hole village and the central poverty alleviation development work conference with Xi Jinping according to the conference report of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on poverty alleviation and the excerpts of Xi Jinping's speech.As the time node,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China divided the precise poverty alleviation into four stages: "the stage of ideological germination","the initial establishment period of thought","the sprinting period of attacking the hardships" and the "decision period of the well-off society".According to different time nodes,it analyzes the development and changes of typical domestic agriculture-related programs,especially the stage characteristics of propaganda and reporting on the specific poverty alleviation work in Xinjiang.Xinjiang is an underdeveloped area dominated by agriculture and animal husbandry in China.The rural population accounts for 63% of the total population of Xinjiang.Therefore,the agricultural problem in Xinjiang is a major event that affects people's livelihood.Under the background of precise poverty alleviation,how to play the role of Xinjiang's agricultural programs in rural areas has become a problem for the media in Xinjiang.Therefore,the author uses the literature research method,the case study method,the text analysis method and the interview method to carefully sort out the development of the Xinjiang radio and television station on the agricultural program in recent years,and select the Xinjiang People's Broadcasting Station fm96.1 "Golden Land" column.And the Xinjiang TV Station Channel 11 "Get Rich in the Pastoral" column to carry out specific case analysis,from the basic characteristics,content positioning and other aspects to study the development direction and strategy of Xinjiang radio and television station on the agricultural program in the context of precision poverty alleviation.And finally put forward rationalization proposals.
