Research On Targeted Measures Of Poverty Alleviation Projects Based On Association Rule Mining

Poverty is a difficult problem faced by all countries in the world.How to eliminate poverty and how to reduce relative poverty are the current research topics all over the world.At present,absolute poverty in China has been improved and curbed to a large extent,but relative poverty still exists.Traditional regional and extensive poverty alleviation policies have been unable to fundamentally improve the current relative poverty.Since the 1 8th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC),China's poverty alleviation and development has entered the stage of targeted poverty alleviation.Poverty alleviation requires the implementation of the"Six Targets" to make targeted poverty alleviation more targeted,effective and targeted.At the current stage,it is a difficult problem to carry out targeted poverty alleviation work to carry out precise measures aiming at basic information differences of poor households,such as large regional poverty difference,population and causes of poverty.This paper comprehensively considers the development process of poverty alleviation,and uses association rule mining technology to process and analyze data,taking Huaiyuan County as an example.The main approach of this paper is as follows:(1)First,collect and sort out the latest characteristics of poor households and the implementation of poverty alleviation projects in 2020.Especially in recent years,Huaiyuan implemented medical,education,industry and other household poverty alleviation projects implementation situation.Analyze the current situation and problems of the precision policy in Huaiyuan County.(2)Secondly,the association rules between the characteristics of poor households and poverty alleviation projects are mined by using the association rules algorithm of GRI and Apriori,and the correlation degree of precise action is found.The age of the poor households,the family population,the situation of the students in school and the main causes of poverty were analyzed separately.Then the correlation degree of the characteristics of the composite poor households is analyzed to obtain the correlation degree of the precise action.(3)Then extract the basic characteristics of the poor households.To predict the policy enjoyment of the poor households and compare with the actual situation through the found accurate policy association rules.The results show that the prediction has high accuracy and can guide the actual implementation of poverty alleviation policies.(4)Finally,according to the association rules found,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the precision policy in Huaiyuan County.The significance of this study lies in:We will make the policy for the poor more precise.Through the association rules of excavation to predict the poverty alleviation policies enjoyed by the poor households,the income increase and expenditure reduction can be achieved practically.We will strengthen the pertinence of the assistance department's plan.Put forward scientific predictions for the implementation of poverty alleviation projects to guide the implementation of policies so as to make poverty alleviation policies more targeted.We will improve the effectiveness of poverty alleviation policies.It analyzes the problems existing in the current policies related to poverty alleviation projects,puts forward suggestions for policy improvement,increases the effectiveness of poverty alleviation policies,and achieves the target of targeted poverty alleviation.
