News As A Form Of Knowledge:Research On The Service Of News Knowledge On Wechat Public Platform

Along with the arrival of knowledge-based economy ages,knowledge has gradually become the most important production resource.Along with the improvement of the importance of knowledge,people's demand for knowledge is also increasing day by day.News,as a kind of special knowledge,has always been an urgent need of users.Under the influence of knowledge economy,there are further requirements for news knowledge service.At the same time,mobile communication technology rapid development,mobile media as a representative of new media is profoundly changing the people's production,life style and ways of thinking,media integration become an irresistible trend,and the WeChat as the largest number of people in China mobile social media tools,become the inevitable choice of media,use the public platform of WeChat and media in hand,news production,dissemination of knowledge and service is continuous development.This paper inquires from the perspective of media convergence,technical determinism,user demand theory and user experience theory are taken as the theoretical research basis,and literature research method,case analysis method and interview method are used to analyze the service of news knowledge on WeChat public platform.From the introduction,news as knowledge and users as knowledge consumers,the motivation,elements and characteristics of news knowledge service on WeChat public platform,the process,mode and mechanism of news knowledge service on WeChat public platform,and the research on the service optimization path of news knowledge,the final conclusion is drawn.For each part of the above study,the following considerations should be taken:The introduction mainly clarifies the research background,purpose and significance,sorts out relevant theories,defines relevant concepts,sorts out and comments the research status in relevant fields,explains the research ideas,contents and methods,and forms a clear cognition of the research innovation points and key problems to be solved.In the first chapter,the relationship between knowledge and news is defined,and the generation,attribute and type of knowledge consumers and users are explored and analyzed,so as to investigate the knowledge service and news knowledge service,so as to consolidate the foundation of the whole research.In the second chapter and the third chapter,based on WeChat public platform,the news on the service knowledge,analyze its reason,key elements and characteristics of WeChat clear the process of public service platform news knowledge,further from the technology,users and content of three aspects analyze the news knowledge service mode,and the dynamic mechanism,production innovation mechanism,news consumption mechanism and interactive feedback mechanism four aspects of its operation mechanism are studied;In the fourth chapter,the optimization path of news knowledge service on WeChat public platform is mainly studied.After the analysis of the news the problems existing in the service of knowledge,such as lack of high quality content,information and the fragmentation of time lags,copyright protection,the difficult profit model,it is discussing from the content,consumption,sustainable development and the research aspects of the sound system of the current society and Internet technology development situation,the possibility of lines about the news knowledge service,further build a solid knowledge of ecosystem.
