The rapid development of Internet has led to rapid growth of Internet users, more and more users have accessed to the Internet to become Internet users. With the development of users, the demand for Internet resources is also growing rapidly. How to retrieve information from the vast information resources which users want is a major challenge for Internet. Internet search engines as well as some community questions and answers system which are the major provider for information retrieval services to network users. They provide the breadth of data services for users has made substantial progress, such as Baidu, Baidu know and so on. However, the accuracy of the data they provide is not very good. Whether it is search engine or Q&A community seem bloated, when the needs of the user’s is a high level of knowledge and information.In this paper, we will want to build a Chinese Knowledge Services system by using of Chinese knowledge engineering technology, because there is a mismatching between the rapid expansion of network information and the great demanding for knowledge. A Chinese knowledge service platform will be build at last, which is designed to provide high quality and efficient sharing of knowledge information for all users.We extract the properties from information box in Baike page in this article. Then we try to train a classification model by using of properties which extracted from the information box. The model will be used to extract properties from Baike page which is not including of information box, combined with modern Chinese automatic word segmentation, part of speech tagging and named entity annotation tools. The extracted attributes are used to create an attribute database which can provide a accurate positioning for the retrieval of knowledge and information. At the same time, when the users retrieve a knowledge and information, they are still concerning the knowledge which associated with this one. In this paper, we find a method to calculate of association between two entities based on the Wikipedia, the method can calculate associated with the degree by calculating the numbers of same links between two Wikipedia page. About sorting for retrieval to the corresponding answer, we use the HITS algorithm based on link analysis to sort the search results in this article. We compute the similarity of the page with the problem and sort after HITS website and finally determine the answer pages sort.
