Since entering the information age,the publishing industry has been affected by various aspects,and the entire publishing market has changed.In this environment,publishing companies have begun to seek new ways of development in order to gain a place in the publishing industry market.In 2016,the"knowledge payment"fire allowed various industries to see the potential value of knowledge products,and then publishing companies began to attach importance to the construction of knowledge services.This paper selects the public number of Zuoshu as the research object,hereinafter referred to as Zuoshu WeChat public account or Zuoshu.Zuoshu WeChat public account has started the construction of knowledge service since 2014,and has formed its own unique knowledge service model.It has a certain typicality in the publishing knowledge service market.Therefore the knowledge service construction process and operation situation have been analyzed in detail,in order to provide other publishing companies with new ideas for building a knowledge service platform.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly expounds the background of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,the problems and methods of the research.Then,through the literature analysis method,the academic research related to this article is systematically combed,so as to form a scientific understanding of the concept of knowledge dissemination and knowledge service.The second chapter is a foreseeing part,starting from the premise of the realization of knowledge service.It analyzes the knowledge dissemination system of Zuoshu,explores the constituent factors of Zuoshu's knowledge dissemination and the structure of the knowledge dissemination system,and lays a foundation for the content of knowledge service.Chapter three analyzes the knowledge service system of the book public number from three aspects:service subject,service project and operation mode.After clearing the content of Zuoshu's knowledge service,the author analyzes the realization process of knowledge service.In this part,the author conducted an online interview with the editors of Zuoshu,which was mainly divided into two aspects:the preliminary preparation of the knowledge service project and the maintenance and adjustment of the knowledge service system,so as to restore the whole operation process of the book making knowledge service.The fourth chapter analyzes the effect of Zuoshu's knowledge service operation,which is analyzed from three angles.First,from the perspective of ordinary users,the questionnaire survey method is used to collect data in this part;the second is from publishing.From the perspective of practitioners,this part uses the interview method to interview several industry insiders;third,based on the results of previous research and the author's own experience.Chapter five raises the perspective from individual cases to industry level,compares the"Zuoshu mode"with other publishing knowledge service models,combined with the previous analysis to propose some strategic suggestions for the publishing enterprises that want to build a knowledge service platform during the transition period.It is divided into four aspects:platform positioning,content production,service form and management concept.It hopes to bring some help to the construction of knowledge services for publishing companies.
