In recent years,the pressure of garment enterprises is increasing with the increase of clothing orders and the disappearance of the demographic dividend.In order to solve the problem of raw material waste and low production efficiency in the process of garment production and processing.A garment cutting software system is designed to reduce production costs and increase production efficiency.On the basis of reading the relevant literatures on clothing cutting systems at home and abroad,this paper designs a software system for integrated garment cutting.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.According to the functional requirements of the clothing cutting integrated software system,this paper introduces the basic functions and implementation processes of each module of the system.2.Several common methods about the garment cutting and separating are introduced for the actual status of clothing tailoring.This paper uses the genetic algorithm to solve the problem of garment cutting and dividing bed and the actual production order is tested,which can quickly and effectively obtain a better clothing splitting bed plan.3.A mathematical model of clothing layout is established for the problem of clothing layout.This paper uses the particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the problem of garment layout which obtain a satisfactory layout effect and improve the utilization of raw materials.4.An integrated software system for garment tailoring is designed to realize the management of production order,the bed tailoring and dividing,the optimized layout,the management of production plan and the file analysis of PLT and DXF format.Finally,the whole thesis is summarized,and the shortcomings and the direction of research are presented.
