DL Logistics Company Clothing Distribution Route Optimization Research

With the rapid development of e-commerce and the continuous expansion of market scale,the business volume of clothing distribution is increasing,which brings more opportunities for clothing distribution.At the same time,it also puts forward more requirements and challenges for the level and cost of distribution services.For DL logistics company to maintain its core competitiveness,it is necessary to improve service level and reduce transportation costs.This paper fully analyses the characteristics of DL logistics company in the process of apparel distribution,and extends the existing typical vehicle routing problem of loading and unloading.Firstly,the vehicle matching with the vehicle is selected according to the different demand of the capacity.Besides the use of the vehicle owned by the distribution center,the rental of the vehicle is allowed to meet the demand of the sharp increase in the volume of goods such as seasonal change.At the same time,the vehicle correction factor is introduced to improve the emergency response ability.Considering the service level and cost,an objective function including fixed cost,variable cost,time penalty cost and capacity penalty cost is constructed,and a VRPSPDTW model with time window for loading and unloading is established.The genetic tabu hybrid algorithm is applied to solve the model.In this paper,an improved saving method is used to generate the initial solution when generating the initial population.As a part of the initial population,a part of the solution is selected on the basis of genetic algorithm for a certain number of tabu iterations.While enriching the types of solutions,it can effectively reduce the interference of local optimal solutions and improve the global search rate of optimal solutions.DL logistics company clothing distribution data collection,and the application of traditional genetic algorithm and genetic tabu hybrid algorithm to solve,verify the model's scientific and effective.The results of this study fully consider the characteristics of clothing distribution,more in line with the actual needs,can provide a reference for the optimization of clothing distribution path based on the premise of minimizing the cost of distribution,and have a certain application value.
