Research And Implementation Of Clothing Production Management System Based On SaaS Model

At present,clothing enterprises are facing a series of problems—a wide range of products,fast-updated product types and small production batch,so the traditional production management mode has already been unable to help enterprises adapt to market changes in time.In this case,it is very significant to achieve the production management informatization so that the production-management level of enterprises can be improved and their market competitiveness can be enhanced.However,small and medium-sized clothing enterprises usually have to give up the implementation of production management informatization due to the shortage of funds and other reasons.As a new software service hosted mode and new business model of “custom on demand,pay on demand” in cloud computing environment,SaaS model(Software as a Service)relies on the internet to provide services and has multi-tenant enabled and configurable qualities.It has realized the shift from “production-centered” to “service-oriented”.This brand new business model can lower the threshold and reduce the risk of building the informatization management system for small and medium-sized enterprises,and it provides them with a new practical and efficient way to achieve management informatization.Aiming at the current situation of small and medium-sized clothing enterprises,the clothing production management system based on SaaS model is studied and implemented in this paper.The main contents are:(1)The characteristics and four-level maturity model of SaaS model were discussed,and its advantages in constructing system were pointed out,besides,the multi-tenancy technology and configurability technology in SaaS model were researched intensively;(2)Through analyzing the production management business process of small and medium-sized clothing enterprises,the requirements analysis including functional requirements and non-functional requirements was completed.Meanwhile,taking the third level maturity model as reference standard,the system was designed in general architecture,function modules,database and configurability.(3)In view of the deficiencies of clothing enterprises in production planning,the adaptive genetic algorithm was applied to solve these problems.The mathematical model with minimizing the makespan as the target function was established and the ordered double-layered encoding method and genetic operators based on integer was designed.Finally,the automatic orchestration of production plan was achieved;(4)Combining with the results of demand analysis and system design,the main function modules of the system were implemented.In this paper,the clothing production management system based on SaaS model meets the urgent needs of small and medium-sized clothing enterprises for information-oriented production management,and it has practical significance for both improving enterprises' production-management level and enhancing their market competitiveness.
