Design And Development Of A Clothing Production Management Information System

In recent years, China’s garment industry exports continue to maintain its rapid development, gradually plays an increasingly important role to the development of national economy. However, the informationization level of China’s garment industry is still low. On the one hand, clothing production enterprise belongs to the manufacturing enterprise. And the demand of high degree of informatization is high.Consumer also generate higher requirements for clothing enterprise production and management. On the other hand, for the reason of less support related to informationization from our country, limited funds, nature of industry, short development history, the informatization development of China’s garment industry still lags behind.Under the background of clothing production enterprise’s demand for informationization, its informatization become more and more important. Primarily,More concentrated in labor-intensive garment production enterprises is that the low ability of the fast response is related to its backward production and management ability. Besides, the organization and management ability of for the process of its operation becomes the key to its survival. As to these condition, clothing production management information system is a way of easy to promote these question by solving data query, table entry, data-calculation in the process of production. It is imperative to strengthen the informatization of clothing production enterprise,establish the perfect management system, promote modern management means,ensure the speed and accuracy of information through clothing production management information systems. It can improve the precision of market judgmentand quick response speed. This thesis aims at designning and developing a clothing production management information system to provide technical support for the informatization, standardization and scientization of clothing enterprises.Under the background of theory and practice, this thesis reviews, analyzes,summaries relevant research literatures and representative clothing production management information system at home and abroad. This has enlightening significance to our study. Based on a series principle of demand analysis, this thesis analysis the feasibility of the system implementation from perspectives including economy and technology. This thesis also analysis the functional requirement, use case diagram of system users, non-functional requirement, performance requirement of system. Then the system function, database logic structure, security is designed.Futher, according to actual needs together with the advantage and disadvantage of related technology, we select My Eclipse, Tomcat, Mysql and Dreamweaver as the appropriate tool according to the functional requirements of system. The website of based on J2 EE framework enterprise application, popular S2 SH framework, the latest HTML5, CSS3 and Ajax technology, this thesis design and develop a clothing production management information system based on B/S web application architecture. The system is divided into six modules: data entry, material management, payment receipts, product management, piece production management and salary management. A total of 33 functions is provided in this system. Finally,We test all functions in each module of system from two aspects which is functional test and pressure test. The test table is established too. The results of test with different operation are expected represent that the system eventually passed the functional test.The design and implementation of clothing production management information system can satisfy the demand of apparel industry for information. This will help promote related company’s modern management method in aspects likeproduct management, piece production management, salary management. These efforts will promote clothing production enterprises’ market competitiveness in environment that the global market competition is increased and the international situation is changing.
