As a hot area of research in recent years, the Internet of Thighs technology has gained a wide attention. The Internet of Thighs technology loads static entities with dynamic significance, enable the connection between thighs and thighs, men and thighs. The Internet of Thighs technology has asserted itself in intelligent transportation, smart cities and smart homes. To human life it is bringing an enormous change. According to new studies on the Internet of Thighs technology and prophase investigation, this paper attempt to use the Internet of Thighs technology in clothing production. Based on the information system reformation project in Ji Hua group 3502 clothing factory, we put forward the solution to comprehensive supervision of the cloth production process, and also introduce the actual development of software system.This paper first introduce the application status of the Internet of Thighs technology to cloth production, followed by the review of Zig Bee and RFID technology. The existing problems in traditional clothes producing show the necessity and effectiveness of process regulatory system, which is further validated in 3502 clothes factory. By analyzing the present in manufacturing process and business requirement about information system deployment, we divide the system into various functional modules and define an overall solution to its production process. Then we describe the design and realization of critical data acquisition, information transmission and stakeout platform system. To manage clothing lines in convenience and visual manners, we propose the design and implement of electronic producing lines reconstitution. In this way, factory policymakers can configure and monitor producing lines according to their production demands. Analysis of balance in producing lines concerns efficiency. This paper introduce the process bottleneck prediction method and producing lines balance improvement method. Policymakers can adjust the current producing lines for system indication. Finally, system deployment and test are executed. The operation data show that this system run stably and monitor producing lines in real time. This can reduce personnel costs, further enhance productivity.In general, the supervition platform of clothing production system can serve as a sub-system of apparel industry. It play an important role to monitor cloth producing lines, check staffs attendance, see staffs performance, account salaries and further help policymakers to in routine work. The system is developed in modular and hierarchical manner, thus fast converge business rules of the business. This system, which is regarded as a pilot project for the Internet of things technology apply to the industrial areas, can be promote to more industries and areas.
