ERP Sales System Based On Clothing Manufacturing Enterprising

Advanced ERP system application modules are designed by"the best experience", but still have a certain degree of flexibility, a lot of management ideas in the system can achieve. There are a series of problems in implementing ERP. Their foundation stone is bad joint degree with enterprise and isn't suitable with the work flow of enterprise. Establishing a suitable ERP system can enhance efficiency, and unbefitting product can bring more work and more complaints. Customize enterprise's quantity grows and the customize production is also universal.The system that I researched is designed on the clothing manufacturing. Our goal is to establish a suitable management flow and steady, safe ERP Sales system.The article introduces the selective task's background and system's character, and then does the analysis of the functions: analyze the Sales Management's standard antitype, hold the useful part. For some special approval functions, article uses the job-flow to design. Article does the detailed analysis about some special functions, such as sales'price, allocation etc. The main modules of the system are: sales'basic data, all kinds of sale price; order form's management, such as financial approval, warehouse's stock up; shipment's management, such as order form transferred to shipment form automatically, update storage and all kinds of reports. In the phase of design, article uses the requirement's analysis for basis, reforge and optimize the flow. Author explains the database's design and some modules'detailed design. At last, author also considered the interfaces with other ERP sub-systems.
