Based On The Cloud Manufacturing Of Clothing Production Management Technology Research And Application

In2010, Academician Li Bohu raised a concept of the Cloud Manufacturing, a new manufacturing mode blending many other technologies such as information manufacturing technology, cloud technology, the Internet of things High Performance Calculation(HPC), service computing, Artificial Intelligence(AI)and etc, with a service-oriented, efficient, low-consumption and knowledge-based network. More and more professionals have provided their views on cloud manufacturing service platform, the key technology of cloud service and etc, however, no applicable example is available for industry reference.Based on the concept of the Cloud Manufacturing and the research of the Clothing Industry, this thesis proposes a technology of Clothing Could, to build a cloud manufacturing service platform for garment production enterprises. The new technology based on the Cloud Manufacturing, was made to solve the practical problems in the Clothing Industry. And the thesis tried to find a solution for the Cloud Manufacturing to make the service platforms running.This technology designed can achieve an accurate assessment of employees, a reasonable allocation of human resources, a full control of production line, and a thorough planning of production capacity, in order to increase labor productivity and improve the availability of the production line. In the same time, this technology is able to allow the users to access the management system and to find out the manufacturing situations anytime, enhancing the capabilities to analyze the underlying data and introducing handheld mobile terminals, with the help of the cloud computing. Nonetheless, the existing operating mode of the garment manufacturers should not be changed.In this thesis, the author firstly takes an in-depth research on cloud manufacturing, analyzes the problems in the real application phase of cloud manufacturing, and searches for a reasonable solution in this regard, so that the cloud manufacturing can truly serve the industry. Secondly, after a research on the automatic identification technology on which the cloud manufacturing system relies, the author chooses the passive RFID technology, meeting the need of Clothing Cloud. Thirdly, based on the field research on the actual situation of the garment manufacturers, considering the features of the RFID technology and the Clothing Cloud, the author designs two service modes, the Line Production Management and the Product Production Management. Finally, the author makes the demo out.The author designs an available application mode, based on the Cloud Manufacturing for the management technology in the Clothing Industry, providing a reference for other manufacturing industries who consider the cloud manufacturing services an application.
