The construction of training room plays an important role in the whole higher vocational training system.At the same time,the management level of training room also directly affects the quality of talent training in Colleges and universities.At present,a large number of rail transit instruments and equipment are placed in the special training rooms of Higher Vocational colleges.Due to the lack of effective operational management and monitoring means,most of the training rooms are managed separately,which not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources,but also has low management efficiency.Therefore,in view of the deficiencies of the existing training room management system,combined with the sensor technology of the Internet of Things,wireless radio frequency identification technology,network communication technology and wireless sensor network technology,an intelligent training management system for railway vocational colleges is designed,which can effectively reduce the workload of administrators and integrate training resources.Firstly,this paper studies the key technologies of the Internet of T hings,such as sensor technology,radio frequency identification technology,network communication technology,wireless sensor network technology,etc.Among them,hardware design includes hardware design of equipment management module,hardware design of environment monitoring module,hardware design of electric energy management module,hardware design of entrance guard and human flow statistics module,and design of running state and diagnosis module of key equipment.Software design includes embedded software.Design,gateway prototype software design,middleware design,database design and software design,Perceptual data aggregation design.Finally,the most systematic implementation of functional verification.There are two main innovations in this paper.One is the innovation of design concept.This system is based on the design concept of centralized management and monitoring of training room equipment(especially for large-scale experimental training equipment unique to railway colleges,such as subw ay simulation driving?high-speed rail simulation driving?tram simulation driving,etc.).It can monitor the running status of each training room in real time,including equipment management,key equipment running status monitoring,environmental monitoring,access control system,intelligent statistics of human flow,etc.The automation and intelligence of the training room will greatly improve the efficiency of the training management staff in higher vocational colleges.The system has high portability and expansibility.The second is the innovation of perceptual data aggregation.The perceptual data of the Internet of Things in this system is introduced into the multi-party computational mathematical model.The data in the system is no longer concentrated on the nodes of a functional module,but distributed and data-protective.The method adopted is the improved K-means clustering algorithm,mainly adding rules in the clustering process.Classification is to divide the original perceptual data into N vector s according to different features,and then construct the mapping of N-dimensional space by composing new N-dimensional vectors from N features.Through iteration,the final output of perceptual data is protective,that is,these subsystems share data and have independent functions,which can achieve the optimal management of the system on the premise of ensuring the stability and security of the system.
