Design And Implementation Of Asset Information Management Platform Of Guangxi Local Colleges And Universities

The Guangxi local colleges and universities is still using manual or other semi-automated mode in routine asset information management.The work of asset information management efficiency and the quality are very low, especially in the information querying of history asset and the daily asset approval. Therefore, I would like to take advantage of software technology and database technology to optimize the current design of the asset information management of the Guangxi local colleges and universities, carry on in-depth analysis to business requirements of the daily asset information management and approval process. The development of a suitable asset information management system has practical significance for the daily office informatization development of the Guangxi local colleges and universities. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Through communication with the asset management personnel and the actual operation staff, access to overall business needs of asset information management system, and determine the general system flow, and then carry out a detailed analysis of business needs using UML tool to obtain the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system;Then the design and development of the highway engineering design & change management system based on B/S Mode. The three layers development approach and the J2 EE framework technology develop easily, deploy easily, high security, high efficiency were used for system development.But also the MVC framework was joined into the design process of system to handle a business logic separation, improved stability, security and scalability of the system; Finally,system implementation and testing after the completion of the design work of the asset information management system. The following detailed description of each part of the work:The design and development of asset information management platform of Guangxi local colleges and universities has important significance. Firstly, the management of assets in Colleges and universities is standardized, process oriented and standardized, which can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of asset management, and reduce the management cost.
