With the continuous development and advancement of the society, the demandfor skilled personnel has been increasing. At present,90%graduates in China get thejob by school recommendation. School not only acts as a base for cultivating talentsin accordance with social needs, but also bears the responsibility to help students inemployment. Colleges and universities employment management information systemshould be developed and established urgently so as to achieve better connectionbetween school and society, complete the task of students’ employment, as well asimprove the efficiency of students’ employmentThis paper took employment work in colleges and universities as the researchobject, based on complete investigation and analysis on domestic and overseas similarsystematic design and development tendency, designed and established a colleges anduniversities employment management information system, which is internet-basedand with the design architecture of B/S (Browser and Server), and adopted ASPoperating environment and MSSQL2005database. This system supports automaticemployment information acquisition, outstanding student recommendation,employment information issuing and inquiry, information bulk import and export,employment agreement approval, students’ graduation certificates inquiry, and otherrelevant statistical analysis, information inquiry and back-stage management. Thesystem operation result shows that: this system informationized the schoolemployment information management, effectively reduced the workload of therelevant departments, and provided powerful support for students’ employment...
