The Design And Implementation Of Billing Management System Of The Electronic Reading Rooms In Private Universities

With the rise of digital learning platform and network resources, the function of electronic reading rooms are growing more powerful, and the electronic reading rooms create a new environment for the development of library. And the development of electronic reading rooms billing management software thoroughly changes the traditional handwork or half handwork management mode, greatly improves the managers working efficiency.Electronic reading room as a library of important sectors, the absence of a specific billing management software will affect the interests of the students, will increase the burden of management, accounting management software, in the absence of case management staff inefficient management software billing electronic reading an indispensable tool for the electronic reading room.This paper is base on the status of Electronic Reading Room of Jilin Huaqiao Foreign Languages Institute's library, designing Electronic Reading Room Billing management system explicitly according to analyzing the module of it, explaining the Three tiered C/S structure, summarizing Visual Basic and Oracle database, and testing the system listing the common problems and resolve them.The system uses the"visual basic"as development platform, takes"oracle"database as the database management system, and adopts current popular three-layer C/S structure to design and create the electronic reading rooms billing management system, to know basic knowledge in detail of"visual basic"and of"oracle"database. In the process of development, the use of object-oriented development train of thought, three tiered C/S structure of the function and the superiority, through the software requirement analysis, obtains a relatively rational design direction, in programming adopt modularization program design, and not only of the whole system encapsulation rigorous, and code reusability and maintainability improve greatly. In database design, tremendous use is made of flip-flop, storage process, and makes whole program operation efficiency greatly increased. Finally the software in a trial solved some operational BUG. This software development of the electronic reading rooms realizes no guards, students'independent computer on or off, and inquires on balance and change password, etc. Managers can take a lot of time to help students, thus managers and students can get win-win effect. It gains students'and readers'credit in the process of using. The university library automatic level is also rising to a new level.
