Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Foreign Affairs Management Information System

With the deepening of economic globalization,international communication is becomingmore and more frequent.Information technology is more and more applied to ordinary people's daily life.The application of information technology has improved the efficiency of work and greatly reduced the consumption of social resources.The foreign affairs department as a service enterprise of foreign exchange,an important window unit to promote enterprise internationalization development,in their daily work often requires a great deal of work information,the type of complex,and the failure rate of demanding work,must follow a strict set of foreign policy and foreign affairs discipline.From the traditional traditional mode of foreign affairs,relying solely on traditional manual collecting,auditing and recording information about foreign affairs has been unable to meet the needs of current foreign affairs management.The introduction of information management has become imminent.In the first half of this paper,by analyzing the current operating situation of foreign affairs departments,the specific needs of foreign affairs management work are determined by scientific means,and the newly developed foreign affairs management information system is designed according to the needs.The existing problems in foreign affairs management are summarized and improved in the newly developed foreign affairs management information system.This paper also introduces the theory of the establishment of foreign affairs management information system,including JSP language,B / S architecture,SQL database and other related computer languages for comparison and analysis.The second part of this paper mainly explains the whole process of realizing the foreign affairs management system of the company,including the data types applied to the system and the operating environment of the system.Finally,the designed system is tested,including single test and comprehensive test.During testing,some problems found in the operation of the system are improved.The test results show that the foreign affairs management information system can effectively improve the accuracy of foreign affairs management and improve the efficiency of foreign affairs management.
