Design And Development Of Foreign Affairs Nanagement Information System For Provincial Agricultural Development Bank

With the rapid development of Internet,Web technology has been widely used in all walks of life.and the construction of provincial agricultural development bank information system has made great progress in Web applications.The provincial agricultural development banks have successively established such systems as the Agricultural Development Bank's Integrated Business System,the CM2006 Credit Business Management System and the Agricultural Development Bank's Large and Small Disbursement System.These information systems provide information management for the provincial Agricultural Development Bank's scientific management and development platform.However,with the deepening of the information management of Agricultural Development Bank and the continuous development of the bilateral exchange of foreign affairs and science and technology,the Agricultural Development Bank has accumulated a lot of important information,data and resources in the management of foreign affairs.These agricultural development bank foreign affairs management data is either in the form of paper media storage,not yet digitized;or non-standard electronic documents storage,there is no database.Therefore,this project will provide better service to the foreign affairs management of the provincial agricultural development bank for the design and development of the foreign agricultural management information system of the provincial agricultural development bank.The foreign affairs management information system of provincial agricultural development bank is divided into six modules,namely policy information management module,receipt and issuing management module,export management module,reception management module,passport management module and cooperative project management module.Each module is a fine molecular module and each module is in phase.It is independent and related.This paper first introduces the background of the selected topic,the significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,and the content of the research.Secondly,it analyzes the relevant businesses involved in the foreign affairs management of the provincial Agricultural Development Bank and establishes the foreign affairs management business process of the provincial Agricultural Development Bank.Then according to the result of requirement analysis,we design the foreign affairs management function and database of the provincial agricultural development bank and build the functional module and E-R model of the foreign affairs management system of the provincial agricultural development bank.Again using ASP.NET technology,three-tier architecture technology,SQL Server database technology development and implementation of the provincial Agricultural Development Bank Foreign Affairs Management System,and to achieve the design of the relevant functions.Finally,the key technologies and algorithms of the development process of foreign affairs management system at the provincial-level Agricultural Development Bank are implemented.The on-line experiment shows that the foreign affairs management system of the Provincial Agricultural Development Bank designed and developed by this paper can effectively improve the efficiency of foreign affairs management and the accuracy rate of information of the provincial agricultural development bank.
