With the internationalization of higher education in China, the communicationand cooperation between Chinese universities and the rest of the world get more andmore frequent. Such phenomenon brings more challenges, but also create more newopportunities at meanwhile. Just like Mr. Hu Jintao said during the visit of BeijingUniversity,"We have to accelerate our pace to build world-top level universities".Inthe way to have in-depth and comprehensive international cooperation andcommunication, these universities are able to be more well-known, more competitiveand more productive in R&D area.The key point for informatization construction of Chinese universities is to putparticular emphasis on students, administration, education, R&D, human resource,and facilities etc. It’s been a while that there’re uneven levels of attention forinformatization construction of foreign affairs within universities in China. Nowadays,most of the universities in China still rely on paperwork for foreign affairsmanagement, even though to a certain extent, there’s development of software systemwithin specific areas, the work is scattered and no unified planning or arrangement. Infact, the level of informatization is under expectation.This essay discusses and solves the key issues which includes demand ofsoftware project, system design, and system realization etc. With the perspective ofbuilding platform for applied software system and in the background ofinformatization construction of foreign affair of universities, this essay adopts UMLbased unified modeling language as the mean of analysis and design, usingwidespread MVC implementation framework of JAVA EE of SSH2to carry out coderealization.
