Design And Implementation Of University Foreign Affairs Management System Based On Petri Network

In recent years,China's academic exchanges with international institutions of higher learning more and more frequent,but some of China's international business management departments are still in the traditional paper office stage.Low office efficiency has been unable to keep up with the growing international business needs,and paper-based office model does not meet the current low-carbon environmental protection work philosophy.So that the design and development of a paperless,convenient and timely and full-featured international business information management system has become China's international business sector emergency needs.This paper aims at the specific needs of China's international exchange and cooperation center(Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan Office),and builds and develops the international business information management system.The study also optimizes the business process of the system,especially the workflow management system based on Petri net model.The key research targets and research work of the article are as follows points:(1)the use of workflow technology to effectively solve the complex process of international business audit process caused by the work of the problem is not high efficiency.(2)According to the basic theory of Petri net modeling,the transformation from international business model to workflow model is designed.(3)the workflow data were detailed classification,and then build the corresponding workflow database.(4)developed a workflow engine.Discussed the scheduling mechanism of the workflow in detail,the example of the demand of the initialization workflow,and the study of the operation scheduling mode.(5)According to the system software design idea of software engineering,the international business information management system of university is developed.
