And each application needs to be forwarded to multiple departments for leader's approval. Now it is rely mainly on manual management mode. This traditional management is consuming time, and difficult to achieve the rapid extraction of information on the tour, activities are also difficult to track dynamically. It is difficult to process with other management system of governance.The issue is to achieve information management for the academic activities and foreign affairs activities. Foreign affairs management set management of foreign affairs abroad, foreign Affairs reception, the relevant foreign institutions and dynamic management of personnel abroad in one dynamic management, and dynamically combines of management and approval of visits, and provide a variety of ways to query statistical functions, which significantly reduces the unit Employees who leave the country processing time, improve the efficiency of foreign affairs, save manpower, material resources. The aim is to improve the efficiency of academic management, academic staff development to promote the industry.The system's technical use object-oriented Java technology, the MVC pattern using Struts implementation and realization of the data persistence framework Hibernate combination of open source, using the J2EE in the Servlet, Jsp, JavaBean technology, the use of Java development commonly used design patterns. Use of open source tools Eclipse, the application server using IBM's Web Sphere, database is using Oracle 9i. Configuration management system is using CVS.Through the implementation of this task to achieve academic and foreign affairs activities of the computer process management , which improve the efficiency for AGRS's foreign affairs, academic management, and make the contribution to AGRS's information building and management level.
