In the development of the foundation,its management process involves huge amounts of data and information.In the past few decades,statistics,integration,and processing of data have generally been done manually.On the one hand,there is a phenomenon of inefficiency on the one hand,and on the other hand,it is highly probable that a calculation error will occur,which brings great inconvenience to the work of the Foundation.With the continuous development of economy and technology,the management of the current foundation is gradually developing towards automation and information.Under the background of this era,the Foundation personnel management information system came into being,which brought great advantages to the foundation management work.The foundation personnel management system is constructed with full consideration of the specific business needs of the foundation management department for personnel management,and the realization of the foundation personnel management system solution by means of the J2 EE development platform,and the management of the foundation personnel by means of the Oracle database.The data is stored.This paper mainly carries out the following tasks: analyzing the business processes and requirements of Foundation personnel management,constructing the use cases of the Foundation personnel management system through analysis of system roles of different operational rights,and analyzing the specific activities performed by different operators;The main functional modules of the Foundation Personnel Management System were designed in the B/S architecture and MVC design model,including personnel management,fund management,attendance management,salary management,performance appraisal management and system management,etc.And the detailed design of each module in the form of sequence diagram;according to the system requirements analysis and functional design,the system's overall entity relationship and the design of specific entity attributes and database table design are completed;the model of performance appraisal is constructed by means of artificial neural network.Improve the efficiency and accuracy of performance appraisal;with the help of J2 EE management platform and component technology,the whole system is programmed and tested,and the test cases of each module are given.At present,the Foundation has begun to use the personnel management system tomanage specific personnel and fund information,and the application effect is good,which provides an effective management platform for Foundation personnel management.The application of the system effectively improves the management efficiency and service quality of the Foundation while standardizing the management standards of the Foundation personnel.The implementation of the system will certainly promote the informationization process of the Foundation and drive the further development of the Foundation.
