Study On The Reader Service Optimization Of The University Library

The university library is a document resource center of universities,andis alsoan academic service institution for cultivating talents and conducting scientific research in universities.Under the current trend of optimizing services,in order to better play the functions of Library's education and information service,many university libraries have set up the reader service department.At the same time,many university libraries have introduced advanced technologies and facilities to enrich the service content of the reader service department,and the service level of the reader service department has increased.The reader service department is required to adhere to the "reader-centered" thinking and implement it in a specific way.In practice,to improve the service level of the reader service department of university libraries,in order to achieve the common progress of readers and librarians,and to promote the development of services for readers' service departments and libraries of university libraries.Public service advocates human rights protection and advocates the equal relationship between service providers and service objects.In recent years,M university library has also actively practise this theory,and has also carried out a lot ofpractice in reader service,such as introducing advanced technology facilities and improving the reader service system,so as to improve the reader's service.Although the service level of the reader service department has been improved,there are still many shortcomings.Compared with the domestic and foreign advanced experience in service system,technology application and Librarian Management,there are many points worthy of research and improvement.This paper takes reader service of the reader service department of university library as the research object,and deeply investigates and analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the reader service of reader service department in the eyes of readers of the library of M University.Based on the theory of public service,this paper analyzes the present situation of the service for readers of University Library Reader Service Department,found that the reader services in University Libraries in the service for readers in the analysis of the problem,to the reader for the impact of the concept of reader service level,put forward public service under the concept of the service for readers of University Library Reader service path optimization selection.Based on the reader based concept and the public service concept,the present situation,existing problems and service optimization problems of the reader service department of the university library are studied in the following aspects:The introduction part analyzes the development of the reader service department of university library,and expounds the background,purpose and main contents of the topic selection.The first chapter defines the concepts of public service and University Library's reader service department and reader service.The second chapter expounds the status quo of Reader Service Department of M University Library from the aspects of service system,technology application and Librarian Management.The third chapter analyzes the problems existing in Reader Service Department of M University Library in terms of service system,technology and Librarian Management.The fourth chapter uses the literature analysis method.After studying the ideas and practical experience of the reader service optimization,starting from the questions of the reader service department,it puts forward the path choicefor reader service optimization in the reader service department of university libraries.Finally,to summarize the presentation part,we conclude the whole idea.
