This article takes the "China Youth Daily" education poverty alleviation report from 2008 to2017 as the research object.And uses the framework theory to analyze the content of 407 reports,from the number of reports,report layout,report genre,report form report area,poverty alleviation,reporting tendency,etc.In general,the main body of poverty alleviation is mainly government.The report has rich genre and diverse forms.It covers a wide range of areas,and it has originality.From the five aspects of basic education,modern vocational education,higher education,student financial aid,and information education,"China Youth Daily" education poverty alleviation report contains policy framework,advanced typical framework,education status framework and poverty alleviation framework.After that,this paper studies systematically the framework characteristics of the "China Youth Daily" education poverty alleviation report.First,the introduction of the “Opinions on Implementing Education Poverty Alleviation Project” in 2013 is the “time inflection point”;second,plot framework combine with issue framework;thirdly,this paper studies text construction featuresfrom title construction,rhetorical expression and picture presentation.The study found that "China Youth Daily" education poverty alleviation report has several problems:the lack of national education reports,official perspective more than folk perspective,advertising special edition.Therefore,the author proposes the following suggestions: the folkization of official policies,the trivialization of typical figures,the long-term reporting of short-term reports,and the visualization of poverty alleviation effects.
