The Study On The Report Of People's Daily On Poverty Alleviation In Liangshan Yi Area

With the continuous deepening of China's poverty alleviation policies,the issue of poverty alleviation in remote ethnic minority areas has received further attention,and poverty alleviation news has gradually become an important subject reported by mainstream and commercial media.The Liangshan Yi area in Sichuan Province is the key poverty alleviation object in the "three regions and three states",and its poverty alleviation has received great attention from the party and government.The media's coverage of poverty alleviation in Liangshan Yi District has been increasing,especially the national media represented by "People's Daily",which has played a huge role in propagating guidelines for Liangshan Yi District's poverty alleviation policies and regional ethnic image construction.The "People's Daily" poverty alleviation report constructs the unique cultural memory and ethnic image of the Yi people in Liangshan,and becomes an integral part of the national memory.Based on the current academic research on poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas,the Liangshan Yi area is taken as the specific research object,and the report text of the People's Daily is used as the carrier to conduct a framework study.The constructed regional image has some new ideas.The paper uses the poverty alleviation report of the Liangshan Yi area(1993-2018)as a research text in the People's Daily.According to the method of "comprehensive poverty alleviation text frame-discourse analysis of typical poverty alleviation texts-contrastive analysis of micro poverty alleviation report topics-analysis of ethnic image construction".This paper uses literature analysis,quantitative analysis,content analysis and other methods to conduct research,and uses the news frame theory as the theoretical support.It tries to analyze the national perspective and image displayed by the national media in the poverty alleviation process of the Liangshan Yi area,and elaborate its communication strategies.This research is mainly divided into four chapters: The first chapter,through the framework of the "People's Daily" report on poverty alleviation in Liangshan Yi area,shows the focus of the "People's Daily" report on poverty alleviation-related reports.In the second chapter,we analyze the official discourse power of the national media of the People's Daily through the microdiscourse of typical poverty alleviation texts.The third chapter introduces the "Beijing News" and analyzes the differences in production frameworks reported by the "People's Daily" and the "Beijing News" under different media positioning by comparing the reports on typical poverty alleviation topics in "Cliff Village".In the fourth chapter,a strategic study of the Liangshan Poverty Alleviation Report of the People's Daily is made,and the advantages and disadvantages are pointed out.In the concluding part,I take the collective memory theory as a promotion,explaining the ethnic image of the Yi area presented by the People's Daily,and briefly describe the collective memory of the early people about the Yi area of Liangshan.Vision.Studies show that the People's Daily's report on poverty alleviation in the Yi area of Liangshan presents a textual framework of positive propaganda,mainly featured on the news page,diverse reporting content,single source,and single genre.Interpretation of the official discourse image.In the production framework,compared with the commercial media of the "Beijing News",it is concluded that "People's Daily" mostly reflects the conclusion that macro-control is the main factor and that the framework template is solidified.It also proposes innovative strategies for reporting that breaks down the framework,increases grassroots speaking power,and optimizes genre content settings.Finally,it is concluded that the report on poverty alleviation of Liangshan Yi District in the People's Daily is a national perspective on the image of Liangshan Yi district,and it also constructs the collective memory of the Yi ethnic group.The image of Liangshan Yi District in different periods is different,and the collective memory constructed by the outside world is inseparable from the spread of media.The media has played a good role of "press poverty alleviation" in the poverty alleviation process.Especially under the guidance of poverty alleviation policies,state behavior is particularly important.Constructing a new type of good Yi area image and spreading excellent Yi culture are also key factors to help Liangshan Yi area escape poverty.
