Study On Agile Project Scope Control Method And Application

With the development of information technology,information system integration projects appear in many industries.The application of information systems changed the way of social production and people's living conditions,greatly improved the social productivity and the level of modernization.But the information system integration projects' construction tasks are complicated and difficult.There are a lot of phenomena in the construction process of information system integration projects.E.g.the construction goal is not clear,the user needs change frequently and the interfaces of subtasks are fuzzy.These brought many challenges to project management.Especially,once out of control of the project scope will lead to huge cost price and endless schedule,seriously threat to the success of the project.This paper is committed to study on the methods of the information system integration project management and control.According to the variability of the project requirements and the complexity of development,the based on balance choice agile management method(BBCAMM)will integrate use traditional structured project management method and the current popular agile method.It will adequately make use of the standard ability of the structured approach and the flexibility of the agile method.The emphasis of the research is how to build balance strategy selection model that includes judgment matrix for four quadrants.The model will help to choose appropriate strategies in the project development management.And appropriate strategies will optimize project scope management processes and scope change control measure,improve efficiency of agile method in the project scope management.The achievement of the research will probably avoid the waste of resources,saving the cost of development,improve customer satisfaction and project success rate.
