The design is divided into two parts: the upper computer based on VB and the lower machine based on the FPGA-based control board.The upper computer uses the easily developed Visual basic as the software development platform and designs a kind of real-time control of the simultaneous movement of the 21-way steering machine.The upper computer debugging software,It also opens up action data storage space,which can save data after the debugger action at any time,verify the accuracy of the action in real time,and fine-tune it.It greatly reduces the debugging time of debugging robot dance movements,and stores the robot dance data on the PC.This eliminates the red tape of writing the data to the next CPU after debugging,which greatly reduces the use of resources in the FPGA.The lower machine uses Altera's MAXII series device EPM1270 as the core development platform,and Verilog as the hardware description language.It has designed multi-stage precision frequency division circuit modules,UART communication circuit modules,data processing circuit modules,and PWM wave generation circuits.And other modules.It realizes that the upper computer sends the rudder data through the wireless Bluetooth serial port,and the lower machine receives the rudder data transmitted,and produces a pulse width modulation wave that occupies a certain percentage of the air ratio,and controls the angle and speed of the rudder.Therefore,it is used for the adjustment and control of multi-joint robots.Its advantage is that compared to the single-chip serial data processing capabilities,the FPGA's parallel processing data capabilities are more prominent,reflected in the physical control of the steering gear,the control accuracy can be higher,and the number of channels can be unlimited when the number of devices I/O port is allowed.Expand,Experimental results show that the design can achieve an angular resolution of 0.74 degrees.
