| Based on the existing greenhouse control system upgraded of Guangxi Vocational and Technical College, this paper analyzes the features in all kinds of intelligent greenhouse Control systems and the shortage of greenhouse Control System in China, and offers the structure model which relates to upper computer and lower computer and integrates PLC technology, configuration technology, communication technology and sensor technology organic set into the control system, which will result in a stable and easily-operated intelligent greenhouse control system. The main research and conclusion are as follows:(1)The study analyzes the effect of some factors, such as temperature, humidity, light intensity and CO2, on the crop growth, and the demand of muskmelon to the environmental factors.(2)The study summarizes multiple variables in the greenhouse and introduces correspondence between all kinds of environmental machines and environmental Parameter. Based on fuzzy Control Theory in intelligent greenhouse, the model of control system is built.(3)According to the requirements of system structure scheme design, the research studies the structure of greenhouse control system, and completes the design of upper computer and lower computer. On basis of the design of lower computer and control requirements of system, the effective choice in model of PLC special function modules and communication modules has been made, and so as to make a function integration design of temperature sensor system, humidity sensor system, soil moisture sensor system, illumination sensor system and CO2sensor system.(4)According to the requirement of PLC control system in greenhouse, the study has completed the I/O allocation in PLC control system. Applying GX Developer Version8.34as programming means, the study carried out all program designs, like data Initialization procedure, the temperature parameter acquisition program, manual control procedures, the level of environmental factors judgment procedures and implementation of the output control program by Ladder language.(5)In the design process of upper computer, applying Kingview6.55the study has designed the Monitor screen, reporting system, trend curve system, alarm system and remote control system in greenhouse system, and introduced the design process of the whole intelligent greenhouse control and monitor systems comprehensively.The results show that intelligent greenhouse control system whose structure model is based on upper computer and lower computer is powerful, and can achieve controls of all environmental factors in greenhouse and the functions of remote control, data recording and processing, which meets the control requirements of intelligent greenhouse. |
