With the increasing of the area of city,industrial and sewage treatment are becoming the urgent problem need to be solved. Recently years,in order to solve this problem, the provincial government increases the sewage treatment of strength, and invests billions of capital construction sewage treatment facilities in the urban areas and industry zone. It promotes the improvement of people’s living environment and the economic development of the province. In order to solve the shortage of water and facing the pollution problems, sewage treatment is imperative, this paper will be as a starting point, and strive to build a set of can effectively resolve the sewage treatment of efficient and convenient, energy saving solutions.The paper described the design of the sewage system using the upper computer configuration software from GE of American which named iFIX (HMI/SCADA),and using the lower computer programming software from Schneider Electric of France which named Unity pro. Unity is Schneider’s electric and automatic control of its core products, it is to use the latest technology development contained the software and hardware of automation platform. It new original design shorten the system development time, the processor can improve the flexibility of higher performance. Configuration man-machine interface by GE’s iFIX to complete, iFIX provides the HMI/SCADA configuration, including SCADA function complete the management and control process and HMI function complete the visualization of the production process.Design of sewage treatment and automatic control system can be realized through the management plan of the central control system and the layer of PLC control station, to the sewage treatment plant realize all the process of monitoring and scheduling management; And in the accuracy, the conveniences, the general aspects to achieve the expected goal and requirements.
