Electronic components and electronic complete machines will have a certain percentage of early failures,and aging has always been one of the important means to accelerate aging and eliminate early failures before the product leaves the factory or before the user uses it.Through aging,component failures can be found And the hidden defects caused by the processing process,through correction to improve the overall reliability of electronic products and the delivery rate of pass.Aging monitoring is an indispensable part of the aging system.During the aging process,the product is powered on and works under the set temperature,humidity,pressure and other environmental conditions.The environmental parameters need to be monitored in real time.Abnormal changes in environmental conditions will affect the effectiveness and authenticity of the aging.In order to solve the problems of the traditional electronic product aging system,including the failure to cut off the power in time due to abnormal conditions,the inability to accurately monitor and automatically record the environmental parameters and product parameters in real time,etc.,the intelligent aging of electronic products based on the single-chip STM32 is designed and realized The monitoring system includes the PC test data processing terminal based on the CAN bus,the upper computer test process monitoring terminal and the lower computer product parameter test terminal.The amplifier intelligent aging monitoring system designed in this paper can realize the aging of three amplifier products at the same time.The aging parameters can be set through the software before aging.The data acquisition system can collect one input signal and four output signals of each product.And the voltage signal and current signal of the product's power supply are uploaded to the host computer through the CAN bus or to the LCD display through the serial port to monitor the aging data,and the power supply can be cut off in time when the signal is abnormal.
