With the increasing cost of manpower and intelligence and automation,it has become the mainstream of the development of modern industry.All industries use technological innovation and equipment upgrading to improve production efficiency,changing inefficiencies in existing production processes by developing special equipment.For a long time,the vertical flue temperature of coke oven has been measured manually by looking at the hole on the furnace surface.Because the arrangement of fire holes is regular,suitable for designing a mobile robot with temperature measuring device and furnace cover lifting function,in order to replace the heavy work of workers and improve work efficiency.This paper takes industrial demand as problem orientation,limitation of Coke Oven Temperature Measurement Robot based on working environment,and the function modules and the whole system of the temperature measuring robot are taken as the research objects.Major completion of the following work.Maximum safe working space height of temperature measuring robot is 200 mm according to field requirement,as the maximum height requirement for the design and installation of each module of the temperature measuring robot.Design a kind of drum hoist according to the actual working requirement,finite element simulation and experimental verification of fatigue life of the joint of hoist drum and flexible hoist belt,analysis of working process and stress characteristics of lifting belt,selection and treatment of carbon fiber ribbon as flexible lifting belt,lifting function of coke oven cover with electromagnet and hoist power motor.Temperature-measuring Cloud Table for Infrared thermometer designed by threedimensional software,using kinematics simulation software to simulate and calculate the change of space height in the process of adjusting the angle of thermometer,modify the structure size of the platform according to the simulation results.Optimizing the sweep path of temperature measurement to improve the efficiency of temperature measurement.Coke oven surface temperature is higher,in order to ensure the normal operation of each equipment,the calculation of thermal balance in each compartment of temperature measuring robot is particularly significant.Through finite element analysis,the design of robot body is carried out by adding heat preservation objects and selecting heat dissipation elements.At the same time,the problem of power batteries used in temperature measuring robots is pointed out.Theoretical analysis and finite element simulation of the influence of the structure of the heavy convection heat dissipation battery pack on heat dissipation are made,it is concluded that the heat dissipation effect is better when the boundary of battery pack is the same shape as that of single battery and the normal flat boundary.It has a certain reference value for the strong convection heat dissipation of his power battery.Comprehensive simulation results and experimental results,under high requirements,temperature measuring robot mounted drum hoist uses carbon fibre to connect electromagnet as hoisting belt,temperature measuring platform with automatic compensation for angle deviation,under the guarantee of temperature control pendant and equipment,the temperature measuring robot has the function of automatically measuring the temperature of the coke oven fire hole.
