As the main energy-consuming equipment in metallurgy enterprise, coke oven's strategy of automatic control is one of the most important research topics in the field of related process control. Therefore, how to design an excellent automatic control system that can not only economize energy consume, but also ensure output quantity and quality of the coke is a key problem waiting to be solved, which is also important to prolonging coke's life-span, reducing the pollution and improving the working conditions.In view of practical use, taking the NO.1 and NO.2 coke oven's heating process of Ben-steel company as controlled plant, the thesis studies the nonlinear stochastic process with big inertia, pure lag and casual disturbance. The combination feasibility and mode of fuzzy system, immune system and PID control are studied, and then a compound controlscheme------fuzzy adaptive PID control method that based on the immune feedbackmechanism is proposed, also the comparison among compound control, PID control and fuzzy self-adjusted PID control is made in simulation. The main research work and contribution of this dissertation are as follows:(1) After the development of coke oven's control system at home and abroad and the actual craft state of a coking plant having been researched and analyzed, there comes the conclusion: The thermal process of coke oven is a casual process of nonlinear and distributed parameter with big inertia, pure lag and casual disturbance, so it can't be solved by single control method. This makes preparation for further studies.(2) A survey of research actuality and development of PID control, fuzzy control and immune feedback control is made and their merits and faults are deeply analyzed.(3) According to the characteristics and difficulties of the coke oven control, a fuzzy immune adaptive PID control method is brought forward and designed in detail.(4) Software of MATLAB and Simulink is introduced at last. The simplified model of coke oven is taken as controlled plant and simulation experiments are made for the arithmetic of fuzzy adaptive PID based on immune feedback control in MATLAB, which is also compared with PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID control.
