Improving the control degree of coke oven production,improving the production process and realizing refined coking are the only necessary process for the upgrading of China's coking industry.In the current coking process,the measurement of the combustion chamber temperature has not been automated and still relies on artificial temperature measurement,real-time and accurate measurement of the combustion chamber temperature is one of the most important aspects of the refined coking.This research in a view present that artificial temperature measurement results are greatly influenced by random factors,Temperature Measuring Time Deviation(TMTD),Temperature Measuring Location Deviation(TMLD)and the operators' proficiency will have an effect on temperature measurement results.This research put forward the use of the coke oven Temperature Measuring Robot(TMR)replace artificial for temperature measurement.The use of the coke oven TMR can effectively improve the temperature measurement accuracy,reduce the cost of temperature measurement,and expedite the transmission of the temperature measurement.After debugging a coke oven TMR,it can repeated run and measurement on the top of the coke oven.The coke oven TMR can carry two temperaturemeasurement & pan-tilt control facilities.They can correct angle continuously and measure the temperature about the nose brick at the bottom of the combustion chamber accurately.The results transmitted to the control room real-time through the communication module,so that the temperature of the system analysis the current situation,to better improve the quality of coking by regulating temperature.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the overall scheme of the coke oven TMR is determined.The body structure is designed and the modal analysis is carried out.The dynamic form of the coke oven TMR is designed,the driving force is calculated and the shock absorber is designed.The positioning mode of the coke oven TMR is determined.The concrete structure and installation mode of the track of the coke oven TMR are designed.Secondly,the motion performance of the coke oven TMR is tested by virtual simulation,at first the motor layout is verified.The rationality of the diagonal motor drive is verified by setting three different motor layouts.After that,the coke oven TMR is required to do the round acceleration and deceleration movement,the vibration of the TMR machine body and the spring force and deformation are tested,which verify the rationality of the design results.Finally,the obstacle crossing performance of the coke oven TMR is tested.Obstacle blocks of different heights and track gaps of different lengths are set respectively to test the allowable limit conditions.Thirdly,the combustion airflow at the bottom of the coke oven TMR in the process of lifting the lid is simulated and the distribution of the high temperature area at the bottom of the coke oven TMR in the working process is obtained.Then,according to the distribution of the high temperature area and the size of the coke oven TMR,the cooling duct is designed,the theoretical inlet wind speed is calculated,and the cooling results of the cooling duct are simulated.At last,the heat dissipation result of the cooling duct is tested.Lastly,the motion control of the coke oven TMR is designed,and the hardware and program design of the control part are introduced.The coke oven TMR system has been physically processed and tested in the laboratory.Finally,to field test of the rationality about overall design of the coke oven TMR system,emphatically verifies whether the coke oven TMR can pass through the bottom of control room,the accuracy of the test results and the heat insulation are also verified.
