With the rapid development of science and technology and the complication of the industry processing production condition, many control system has the feature of multivariable, nonlinear, strong coupled, distributed parameters, wide operation range and strict comprehensive control performance requirement. We confront with more challenges on modeling and control of these complex dynamic systems.This thesis is concern with the design of the NO.2 coke oven control system of the coal carbonization factory at Guizhou Liu Panshui Iron and Steel Company. By study of the existed coke oven computer control systems, we put forward to adopt a new method of neutral-network and generalized predictive control algorithm on the coke oven temperature control, which have very good effect.The coke oven temperature control attribute to complex industry process, counter on the plain hysteretic characteristic of the controlled device. The research is carried out on regular process control algorithm, Smith control algorithm and Dahlin control algorithm. It significant an S-D algorithm and the algorithm can release concussion and conquer the effect of situation fraught with uncertainty on the control system.The development of the optimizing control system is aim at realizing optimizing economical target on the thesis of process performance guarantee to created considerable economical target. In order to implement the optimal temperature control of the straight-flame-path at every stage of carbonization process, to beat the target of coke oven optimizing control, according to the change of the temperature of every process of the coking progress of the coke oven., this thesis researched a coke oven temperature control strategy based on adaptive neutral network control algorithm, and adopt a generalized predictive control algorithm to optimize the theory. The use of the strategy can lead the research of the coke oven control system to a new lever.In addition, this thesis designed the frame and the function of the computer control system on the NO.2 coke oven of the coal carbonization factory at Shui Iron and Steel Company. And it discussed the main function and feature of the used hardware and software on the real coke oven control system. We also put study and testing on the system and achieved good effect.
